To the ground floor totally we found the kitchen equipped with:

- 2 quarters of bath,
- 1 room.
In first stage it has:
- 3 rooms,
- 1 bathroom,
- 1 living room.
The house has central, washing, drying heating, irons, 2 TV. and 2 DVD.
In addition it is possible to be enjoyed:
- Library
- Parking
- Swimming pool to 3 minutes shared with other establishments.
- Clothes of the home, dryers of hair, etc.

"Excellent"
We are a group of Belgians who were the first fortnight of July this year in Portell . We were delighted with everything : the landscape , the region , the house (Cal Canya ) ; and above all, we wish to emphasize the hospitality and kindness of our neighbors in Portell , who made us feel right at home! Rosa and Ramon , are exceptional hosts .
